Optics

ME-OPTA has a very wide and versatile servicing and mounting abilities.
That means servicing and mounting all the devices and instruments which have optics within them:

scopes (rifle scopes) of all kinds
sighting devices – binoculars
microscope
optical assemblies in optoelectronic devices – lasers
other optical parts and assemblies in various machines and devices .

Mechanics

Servicing mechanics refers to repairing damaged surfaces on the mechanical seals, on such parts as:

valves
pumps and other parts of regulation systems on energy plants.

Given the wide variety of materials seals are made of, ME-OPTA developed
technologies for processing surfaces made of:

steel of all kinds (most commonly non corrosive steel)
ceramics
graphite
silicone-carbide
teflon
alloys of copper and zinc

ME OPTA is using the latest LAPMASTER machines to process damaged mechanical seals,
and also uses the same brand for quality control.

The size of the seal area, radius of it, can be in range from 10 to 210 mm, but if necessary can be up to 500 mm.

The shape of the seal area dos not have to be circle, it can be square, or any other, from 1 cm² to 1250 cm².

Processing of the seal areas ME OPTA is performing within the international standards of quality
that relates to surfaces with high demands (flatness, smoothness and glow).
Methods of verifying these characteristics are also compatible with methods that are used in precise optics and mechanics.
